The Portland Wedding Workshop is brought to you by The Art of Weddings Portland (the creators of the Portland Venue Crawl). Taking place at Everett West, The Pearl's newest wedding venue, this event is geared towards couples who are planning to hire top-notch wedding professionals. Every element of the day is designed to answer your wedding planning questions while showcasing awe inspiring wedding styles and trends. You will get to know and love Portland’s most trusted wedding vendors as they share their talents, experience, and wisdom with you. Upon arrival, you will receive a swag bag full of valuable wedding planning information and you will be greeted with delicious breakfast nibbles, a specialty coffee cart, Bloody Mary bar, and passed mimosas!
The day will be broken into educational sessions covering general topics in the morning and more creative aspects of wedding planning in the afternoon. The sessions will be 20 minutes long (led by some of Portland’s favorite wedding professionals) and will take place in a mock ceremony set up. Both the morning and afternoon sessions will conclude with an interactive vendor panel Q&A, as well as, a meet and mingle with the vendors. Morning topics include: Priorities, Budgets, Timelines, Venues, and Determining Your Style. Afternoon topics include: Catering, Music, Photography, Floral, and Trends. Throughout the day, there will be breaks featuring passed appetizers and signature cocktails (by several caterers), roaming fashion shows (showcasing local bridal boutiques and makeup artists), music, photo booths, dessert sampling, etc. Be inspired by gorgeous reception tables, a bridal bouquet bar, and stunning wedding cakes.
